Before You Reach Out

You may find the answer to your question below:

My files didn't rename correctly. What happened?

Check the preview table before downloading — it shows exactly what each file will be renamed to. Common issues include unexpected find & replace matches or casing changes. Your original files are never modified, so you can try again with different settings.

The download ZIP is empty or incomplete.

This can happen if your browser runs out of memory when processing very large files or thousands of files at once. Try processing files in smaller batches. Also ensure your browser is up to date.

Can you add support for [specific feature]?

Is FileTango open source?

FileTango is built with open-source technologies (Astro, Preact, TypeScript) but the application code is currently proprietary. We may open-source specific components in the future.
