FileTango provides free, browser-based file utility tools including but not limited to bulk file renaming and batch extension changing. All file processing occurs locally within your web browser. FileTango does not store, transmit, or process your files on any server.

3. Use of the Service

You may use FileTango for any lawful purpose, including personal, educational, and commercial use. When using the Service, you agree to:

• Use the tools only for files you own or have permission to modify
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Not use automated scripts or bots to access the Service in a way that impacts server resources
• Not attempt to circumvent any security features or access restrictions

4. File Processing and Privacy

FileTango is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant that the results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable.

6. Limitation of Liability

You acknowledge that file renaming and extension changing operations can affect how files are recognized by your operating system and applications. You are solely responsible for verifying that renamed files function as expected and for maintaining backups of your original files.

7. User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Backing up your files before using any FileTango tool
• Reviewing the preview of changes before downloading processed files
• Testing with non-critical files when trying new renaming rules
• Ensuring that file names comply with your operating system's naming conventions
• Understanding that changing a file extension does not convert the file's format

8. Intellectual Property

The FileTango name, logo, website design, and underlying source code are the intellectual property of their respective owners and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without explicit permission.

9. Advertising

FileTango displays advertisements through Google AdSense to support the free service. These advertisements are served by third parties and are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. FileTango is not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.
